A practice’s archive is drawings and models. On an ordinary drive they are icons, and opening one costs a licence for whatever made it. fm reads the file itself and shows you what is inside — turn it, click a part, read the sheet.
Readers, not converters: nothing is uploaded to a third party, nothing is re-saved, and when part of a file was not drawn, the pane says so.

Two million files fit in memory, and a search is one pass over contiguous names — no server round trip, no content indexer answering minutes late.
